Nicedrape 2016 Annual Conference was successfully finished in mid of March. A factory tour had been arranged for our colleagues to enable them to have better understanding of production and operation procedures. Moreover, some new products and technologies were introduced to our colleagues to enhance their knowledge at the same time. During the conference, another highlight was staff training. We had invited a professional tutor from Shanghai to give us an intensive course on the topic of stress and emotion management. By the practice of self-evaluation and team sharing, we had learned how to manage negative emotion and strengthen anti-stress skills.This leads to develop positive thinking, good attitudes and achieve a healthy and happy life. This year’s conference schedule was full of meaningful content which not only provided a good opportunity for our colleagues to communicate and exchange ideas with each other, but also a good lesson to learn balancing life. Being a member of Nicedrape family, hope we will continue growth, move towards to the targets and overcome all challenges together.
